Full payment at checkout reserves your spot for the season. Because we take a limited number of porches, booking early is the best way to secure your preferred delivery week.

Your display will be delivered during the week you select at checkout, and you'll get an email the week before with your exact date. While we do our best to honor preferred days, dates may shift slightly due to weather or pumpkin availability — if you need it by a specific date, just let us know when you order.
You don't need to be home. We'll set everything up on your front porch unless you've arranged otherwise. If your property or community requires a gate code or special instructions, please share those when you order.

The best place to start is picking the package tier that fits your porch — each is designed to suit a different size and style of home. When it comes to specific pumpkins and colors, our selection depends on what's available from our farm partners that week, so while we can't guarantee particular varieties or color palettes, we'll always do our best to accommodate your preferences. Have a vision in mind? Tell us — we love the input.
And if our packages don't quite fit what you're picturing and you'd like a true custom display, just reach out: we're happy to work together on a custom build (additional cost applies).

We use the freshest pumpkins available in every display, though we can't guarantee the longevity of each one.
Pumpkins last longest in dry conditions and out of direct sunlight. If water pools around the stems after rain, dry them off to extend your display's life, and remove any pumpkin that begins to rot.

It happens — pumpkins are natural and seasonal, just like fruit bought from the store. We source our pumpkins from reputable, local farms and ensure they are picked close to delivery time to maintain freshness as long as possible. But we do not guarantee the longevity of the pumpkins due to factors outside our control. Add our mid-season refresh (additional cost) and we'll swap out anything past its prime so your porch stays beautiful all October.

As a small seasonal business with limited delivery slots, all sales are final. That said, if anything's wrong with your order — damaged pumpkins or a missed delivery — reach out right away and we'll make it right.

Yes — add post-season removal and we'll haul it all away in November, so you're not the house with sad pumpkins out at Thanksgiving.

Early. Based on seasonal supply, we cap the number of porches each season to keep quality high.
